A Message from the Candidate
Allison Nathan Getz was elected Tax Assessor Collector for Jefferson County in November of 2014. A lifelong resident of Beaumont and product of local public schools, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and has several professional designations including Professional County Collector and County Tax Office Professional as well as a Series 7 securities license. Volunteer work is her passion having served in leadership positions of several local non-profits.

The County Tax Assessor must be accountable to its constituents and accessible to all in Jefferson County. As Tax Assessor Collector and Voter Registrar, I am committed to running the Tax office with integrity, ethics and transparency.”

I would be honored to have you join me at my swearing in ceremony as the next Jefferson County Tax Assessor Collector.
I want to thank my wonderful family, faithful friends and loyal supporters. Our grassroots campaign resulted in forging new friendships and building collaborations that transcended party lines. I look forward to serving the citizens of Jefferson County and am blessed to have this opportunity. Hope to see you all Tuesday, November 18th, at 3 pm in the Jury impaneling room at the Jefferson County courthouse.
