A Message from the Candidate

Allison Nathan Getz was elected Tax Assessor Collector for Jefferson County in November of 2014. A lifelong resident of Beaumont and product of local public schools, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and has several professional designations including Professional County Collector and County Tax Office Professional as well as a Series 7 securities license. Volunteer work is her passion having served in leadership positions of several local non-profits.

“Our family has a history of giving back and I want to continue that tradition through service to our citizens. The County Tax Assessor must be accountable to its constituents and accessible to all in Jefferson County. As Tax Assessor Collector and Voter Registrar, I am committed to running the Tax office with integrity, ethics and transparency.”

“My goals are to lead a Tax office that is accountable to its constituents and accessible to all in Jefferson County.”

Beautiful tribute last night to our first responders and the firefighters that lost their life in Houston.
